How often should I change the filter?

The service life of the MRO filter is 18 months. The result might vary based on the local water quality. This long lifespan helps save considerably on filter replacement.

How to replace the MRO replacement water filter for N1countertop reverse osmosis system?

1.Remove the water tank cover. Hold the machine with one hand, and remove the water tank with the other hand.
2.Open the system top cover, twist the MRO filter 90° to “ .” counterclockwise, and take out the old filter.
3.Remove the wrappings and protective cap from the new filter.
4.Insert the new filter into its corresponding hole. Twist the filter 90° clockwise to “ .”
5.Close the system top cover, put the water tank back after filling it with water, and then close the water tank cover.
6.Press and hold the MRO filter life reset button for 5 seconds until the system beeps; the MRO life indicator light will turn blue and go out.
7.After the filter life is reset, the system will flush automatically for 15 minutes. Then the “Flush” indicator light will flash constantly. After the “Pump” indicator light goes out, put a container (>51 oz) below the spout. Press the “Start/Off” button to get water for deep flushing until the “Flush” indicator light goes out.

What will happen if I do not change my filter when the filter life indicator light turns red?

Over-used filters will degrade the filtration performance, causing contaminants to leak back into the water. This will adversely affect your health. To avoid this, we advise that you immediately replace the replacement filter cartridge for N1 countertop water dispenser if the filter life indicator light turns red.

Why is the filter life indicator light still red after changing the filter?

You have forgotten or failed to reset the filter life indicator light. Please reset it again: Press and hold the filter life reset button for 5 seconds until the system beeps. The filter life indicator light will then turn red and go out.

Press the “Start/Off” button to get water after resetting the filter until there is no water flowing out, why is the “Flush” indicator light still on?

When the flushing is not completed, the “Flush” indicator light will keep on. A total of 102 oz of water must be discharged. The water dispensed during flushing is not drinkable. The flushing mentioned above is the basic requirement, and it might vary based on the local water quality. It’s recommended to flush 2 or 3 more gallons of water until the water looks clean and four tanks of water are needed during the whole process.
