Terms and Conditions for Referral Program
Participant Eligibility
- The Waterdrop Referral Program is open to all customers of Waterdrop who create an account on www.waterdropfilter.com, the US site, not including wholesalers, resellers, or anyone who has joined our dropship program.
- By participating in the Program, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Participation Method
- Users are required to log in to their Waterdrop accounts and initiate sharing via the Smile feature. Acceptable sharing methods include email, links, or other SNS platforms.
5% Discount Coupon
- Advocates share their links with friends. Friends click on the link to claim the discount code. Regardless of whether your friends place an order or not, the sharer will receive a stackable 5% discount coupon (for orders over $300) via email within 3 working days. The discount coupon is valid for 10 days from the date of issuance, and only one coupon can be used per order.
Gift Card Rewards
- If the referral is successful, which means the friend has successfully placed an order, the sharer will be awarded a $50 gift card (sent via email) at once. Based on the amount of the friend's order, additional gift cards will be provided for upgrades:
- If the friend's referral amount is in the range of $501 - $1,000, an additional $20 gift card will be issued by email.
- If the amount is in the range of $1,001 - $1,500, an additional $50 gift card will be issued.
- If the amount is in the range of $1,501 - $2,000, an additional $80 gift card will be issued.
- The additional gift card rewards will be issued 30 days after the friend's order is confirmed with no refund. Centralized processing will be carried out on the 15th and 30th of each month. In case these dates fall on non-working days, the distribution of gift cards will be postponed to the next working day.
Multiple Referrals
- If a referee receives referral links from multiple users, only the referrer of the first order will be eligible for the reward. Self-referral is strictly prohibited.
Qualified Referral
- A Qualified Referral is when a person (the "Friend") who is a new customer (has not shopped on our site before) makes a purchase at www.waterdropfilter.com using the Advocate's unique referral link.
Reward Limitations
- During the entire activity period, each user is eligible for a maximum of 5 gift cards and one 5% discount coupon. Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
Compliance Requirements
- Users must abide by all rules and requirements of the activity. Any act of fraud or rule-violation will result in disqualification from the activity.
Organizer's Rights
- The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the activity at any time without prior notice.
Technical and Network Issues
- The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by technical malfunctions, network problems, or other force majeure events during the course of the activity.
Reward Assurance
- The organizer does not guarantee the availability or usability of the rewards, and shall not be liable for any disputes arising from the use of the rewards.
