Terms and Conditions for Waterdrop Rewards Program
Effective Date of Current Policy: July 3, 2023
Eligibility
- The Waterdrop Rewards Program is open to all customers of Waterdrop who create an account on www.waterdropfilter.com, the US site, not including wholesalers, resellers, or anyone who has joined our dropship program.
- By participating in the Program, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Program Details
- Customers earn 10 points for every $1 they spend on Waterdrop products through our website. Points earned should only be based on the actual amount spent on Waterdrop products, and should not include any taxes or shipping fees paid by the customer.
- Points can be redeemed for Waterdrop products or a discount on their next purchase. Every 1000 points can be redeemed for a discount of $3 on the next purchase.
- Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Waterdrop reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or terminate the Program at any time.
Membership
- Customers must create an account on www.waterdropfilter.com, the US site, to participate in the Program.
- Only one account per customer is permitted.
- Waterdrop reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions.
- Customer’s right to use the Rewards Program is not transferable and is subject to any limits established by Waterdrop.

Termination
- Waterdrop reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate the Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice to customers.
- We may terminate or decline to renew your Membership at our reasonable discretion, including if we suspect that you have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, and as otherwise provided herein.
- Waterdrop reserves the right to terminate the rewards account of any individual who is a wholesaler, reseller, or participant in our dropship program.
Modifications
- Waterdrop reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the Rewards Program and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice to customers.
- Customers will be notified of any modifications to these Terms and Conditions via email or through the Rewards Program page.
Liability
- Waterdrop is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards.
- Waterdrop reserves the right in its sole discretion to adjust points or rewards due to system change, we’ll post the points adjustment announcement on our site, and may email notify our rewards member.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States of America.

Referral Policy
- Eligibility Criteria: To take part in the referral program, participants are required to be members of our rewards program.
- Qualified Referral Definition: A Qualified Referral occurs when an individual (referred to as the "Friend") who is a new customer (i.e., has never shopped on our site before) makes a purchase at www.waterdropfilter.com by using the Advocate's unique referral link.
- Friend Incentive Offer: The Friend will be eligible for a 25% discount on their first purchase, provided the purchase amount is $400 or more.
- Advocate Reward Structure: Once the Friend completes their first purchase, the Advocate will receive a $50 gift card. The more referrals you make, the more gift cards you can accumulate.
- We will review the referral activities to determine the Referrer's eligibility for the reward. This process typically takes 30 days. During this period, if the Referred Customer requests a refund or returns the purchased item, the referral will be considered unsuccessful.
