Yes! We value all purchases made by our customers. After joining the Waterdrop Rewards Program, simply provide us with the email address associated with
your previous order, and we'll calculate your points. Please note that this may take some time to process.

What happens if I return a product that I earned points for?
If you return a product or request a full refund for your order, all the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

Can I use my points in combination with other discounts or promotions?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined on our site. When you redeem your points, you will receive a coupon code, and only one code can be used
per order.

Terms and Conditions for Waterdrop Rewards Program
Effective Date of Current Policy: July 3, 2023
Eligibility
- The Waterdrop Rewards Program is open to all customers of Waterdrop who create an account on www.waterdropfilter.com, the US site, not including wholesalers, resellers, or anyone who has joined our dropship program.
- By participating in the Program, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Program Details
- Customers earn 10 points for every $1 they spend on Waterdrop products through our website. Points earned should only be based on the actual amount spent on Waterdrop products, and should not include any taxes or shipping fees paid by the customer.
- Points can be redeemed for Waterdrop products or a discount on their next purchase. Every 1000 points can be redeemed for a discount of $3 on the next purchase.
- Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Waterdrop reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or terminate the Program at any time.
Membership
- Customers must create an account on www.waterdropfilter.com, the US site, to participate in the Program.
- Only one account per customer is permitted.
- Waterdrop reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions.
- Customer’s right to use the Rewards Program is not transferable and is subject to any limits established by Waterdrop.

Termination
- Waterdrop reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate the Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice to customers.
- We may terminate or decline to renew your Membership at our reasonable discretion, including if we suspect that you have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, and as otherwise provided herein.
- Waterdrop reserves the right to terminate the rewards account of any individual who is a wholesaler, reseller, or participant in our dropship program.
Modifications
- Waterdrop reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the Rewards Program and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice to customers.
- Customers will be notified of any modifications to these Terms and Conditions via email or through the Rewards Program page.
Liability
- Waterdrop is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards.
- Waterdrop reserves the right in its sole discretion to adjust points or rewards due to system change, we’ll post the points adjustment announcement on our site, and may email notify our rewards member.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States of America.

Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected through the Rewards Program will be used in accordance with Waterdrop's Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
Referral Policy
- Eligibility: Participants must be members of our rewards program to participate in the referral program.
- Qualified Referral: A Qualified Referral is when a person (the "Friend") who is a new customer (has not shopped on our site before) makes a purchase at www.waterdropfilter.com using the Advocate's unique referral link.
- Friend Incentive: The Friend will receive a $70 discount off their first purchase of $400 or more.
- Advocate Rewards: Once the Friend makes their first purchase, the Advocate will earn 2,000 rewards points.
- Additional Advocate Rewards: If the Friend's first purchase is over $300, the Advocate will earn an extra 10,000 rewards points. If the Friend's first purchase is over $600, the Advocate will earn an extra 20,000 rewards points. The additional rewards points will be sent to your rewards account within 30 days after your friend’s purchase date.
- We’ll examine the referral activity to check Referrer’s eligibility for earning the reward, and the time usually takes 30 days. During this process, once Referred Customer asked for a refund or returned the purchased item, we could see this referral as fail.

That means you'll earn a remarkable 15,180 points for the G3P800-W-Xmas, 7,980 points for G3P600, 3,980 for WD-C1S, 4,780 points for WD-C1H. These bonus points will be automatically added to your account.
Limited Time Offer #2: Referral Rewards Upgrade
- From Jan. 01 to Jan. 15, we encourage all Waterdrop enthusiasts to share the love for our brand and earn points for both themselves and their friends!
Here’s how it works:
- Share 1 to 3 friends, the referrer can earn 2,000 rewards points, each of the referred friends will receive 1,000 rewards points.
- Share 4 to 6 friends, the referrer can earn 5,000 rewards points, each of the referred friends will receive 1,500 rewards points.
- Share more than 7 friends, the referrer can earn 10,000 rewards points, each of the referred friends will receive 2,000 rewards points.
- Besides the rewards above, the top referrer can get a G3 RO System for free, the referrer’s successful referral must reach 20.
Referral Process:
- A successful referral means the referred friend enters the referral link provided by the referrer, and have receives the friend incentive from the Waterdrop Referral Program. In this case, there is no need for the referred friend or referrer to make a purchase in order to earn these rewards points.
